Why
Czechia?

A central European market preparing new capacity for investment.

Czechia is an EU member with direct access to the Single Market and strong economic links to Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia. Its industrial base, skilled workforce and established infrastructure support investment in manufacturing, technology, logistics, research and urban development.

At the same time, the Czech state is introducing new instruments to prepare strategic sites, simplify permitting and support housing development.

More than 450 hectares

of state-backed strategic investment sites currently in preparation.

The State Investment and Development Company is preparing three Strategic Business Parks in Dolní Lutyně, Cheb, Lazy and other sites. The portfolio includes large greenfield sites and the regeneration of a former mining brownfield. Preparation covers land, permitting and the development of the required transport and utility infrastructure.

Benefits

A Safe Investment Environment

Czechia offers a highly stable political and economic landscape. Anchored by active membership in key international organizations, including the EU, NATO, and the OECD, the country provides a secure and predictable business climate.

This macroeconomic stability is validated by consistently high sovereign credit ratings, holding an Aa3 from Moody’s Analytics and an AA- from both Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings for 2026.

Furthermore, Czechia confirms its position as a secure and thriving European market by ranking 8th in the Prosperity Index among EU member states and placing 22nd globally out of 147 countries in the 2025 Safety Index.
