The project combines sensitive conversion of industrial buildings with new construction. The aim is to transform the former freight station into a vibrant and multifunctional urban center.
As a municipal company of the capital city of Prague, we have been taking care of historical buildings and spaces with social, cultural and leisure overlap since 1990. We provide facility management, zoning, development and engineering preparation of projects based mainly on the use of land under Prague‘s ownership and complete real estate consultancy.
Trade Centre Praha (TCP), a company owned by the City of Prague, is coming to EXPO REAL 2026 to present opportunities for cooperation on the development and transformation of significant Prague properties. Our focus will be on two exceptional locations: the historic Kasárna Karlín complex and the former Nákladové nádraží Žižkov railway freight station. Both sites represent important parts of Prague’s future urban development and offer significant potential for new uses, investment and long-term partnerships.
We are looking to connect with experienced investors, developers and other strategic partners who can bring expertise and innovative approaches to projects of this scale. Our goal in Munich is not only to present Prague’s opportunities, but above all to discuss concrete models of cooperation and identify partners for the next stages of development. If this is you, we would be happy to meet you.
