The Lazy Strategic Business Park is a government project being developed in the Moravian-Silesian Region, with the goal of transforming the site of the former Lazy underground mine into a modern industrial site with high added value.
We are a state enterprise tasked with remediating the consequences of mining activities and environmental contamination in the Czech Republic. In addition to remediating and maintaining the affected areas, we focus on their subsequent revitalization and transformation for new uses. We prepare attractive brownfield sites and development areas for investment, industry, and social development.
DIAMO, state enterprise, is partnering with SIRS to present the Lazy Strategic Business Park project, which the companies plan to expand to other locations in the Moravian-Silesian and Ústí regions. Both companies fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, which ensures clear support for the projects at the national level.
