Our Projects

A 60-hectare brownfield development zone created through the revitalization of a former coal mine in Orlová. Situated in the densely populated Moravian-Silesian Region, the site provides high-capacity utility networks, flexible road and rail connectivity, and access to a robust workforce, making it an ideal destination for technologically advanced strategic investments.

A 278-hectare development area in the Moravian-Silesian Region, strategically located near Ostrava and the Polish border. Designed to accommodate large-scale, high-tech investments with demanding infrastructure requirements, the park offers sustainable development features, robust transport connections, and access to a massive cross-border workforce in a strong industrial region.

The largest development area in Western Bohemia, offering 131 hectares of sustainably designed space with direct highway access to Germany. Anchored by the major commercial vehicle manufacturer Daimler Truck, the park currently has 13 hectares available, presenting a prime opportunity for suppliers and smaller investors within a key Czech-German economic corridor.
