Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park – Logistic Centre for BMW Group
State-of-the-art overseas logistics distribution centre was completed in July 2026 and starts its pilot operations
In July 2026 development company GRIDARCH successfully completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (#OAMP) in Mošnov. Three new industrial halls and office spaces with a total leasable area of 124,000 m² will be used by BMW Group as its overseas logistics distribution centre. International logistics company DP World, that has been appointed to manage logistics operations, is now launching pilot operations.
#OAMP Phase III – BMW Group´s logistic centre
GRIDARCH commenced construction of the third phase of #OAMP in January 2025. Three new halls with a total leasable area of 124,000 m² are dedicated to BMW Group’s distribution centre, from which overseas markets will be supplied. Logistics operations will be managed by DP World.

Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov
Phase I – completed construction (4 halls in total)
In 2018, developer GRIDARCH began construction of Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Ostrava Mošnov, which today comprises 139,000 sqm of prime industrial premises now leased to leading logistics and manufacturing companies. The park includes a 151,000 sqm railway container terminal. In 2021, part of the park, together with the industrial park in Nošovice, was sold to global real estate investment manager EQT Exeter (now EQT Real Estate).
Phase II – completed construction (4 halls in total)
In the spring of 2024, GRIDARCH began construction of Phase II of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov, which includes 122,000 sqm of prime A-class commercial space. This consists of four halls for logistics and light manufacturing. Construction was completed in March 2025. Three halls were acquired by investor EQT Real Estate. The fourth hall, with an area of 11,400 sqm, is leased to the manufacturing company Brose CZ and is still owned by GRIDARCH.
Phase III – completed construction (3 halls in total)
It includes three new halls, which will be used by the BMW Group for its distribution centre. The construction was completed in July 2026, and the distribution centre should be fully operational as of the end of 2026.
