The City of Ostrava (Slezská Ostrava district) is offering an exceptional riverside site on Seidlerovo nábřeží, on the banks of the Ostravice River, with an unbuilt area of around 3,528 m². The site is intended for a combination of hotel and residential development, and the district has indicated it is seeking an investor for a modern hotel of at least four-star standard.
The location benefits from its position directly on the river, within the wider transformation of Ostrava’s riverside public spaces, which have seen major recent investment in promenades, cycling routes and public amenities on both banks of the Ostravice. As with the city’s other riverside plots, the ambition is for a design that engages actively with the water and the surrounding public realm.
