Strategic Business Park Cheb

The largest development area in Western Bohemia, offering 131 hectares of sustainably designed space with direct highway access to Germany. Anchored by the major commercial vehicle manufacturer Daimler Truck, the park currently has 13 hectares available, presenting a prime opportunity for suppliers and smaller investors within a key Czech-German economic corridor.

The Strategic Business Park Cheb is the result of a unique collaboration with the Karlovy Vary Region and the City of Cheb. The zone features an excellent connection to the D6 highway, and a major railway junction is also located near the Park.

It is the largest development area in Western Bohemia, connecting industry and innovation within the key Czech-German economic corridor.

Most of the Strategic Business Park’s area will be occupied by the production facilities of the German commercial vehicle manufacturer Daimler Truck, which will produce its modern Mercedes-Benz trucks in Cheb. There are currently 13 hectares of available space remaining in the Park, which can be occupied by smaller investors or potential suppliers to Daimler Truck.
