The Rezidence Prokopská vyhlídka residential development is being built in Jinonice, in the immediate vicinity of the Prokopské and Dalejské valleys. The project, comprising approximately 180 premium apartments, is developing the residential area of Prague 5 in a location where urban landscape meets extensive natural surroundings. At the same time, the location offers a full range of local amenities and convenient transport links to the city centre. The Jinonice metro station is within walking distance.
The design by Ian Bryan Architects draws on the sloping nature of the site. The individual buildings are rotated relative to one another to make the most of natural light and views, whilst also providing residents with ample privacy. The project offers various types of apartments, ranging from smaller layouts to family units, which include balconies, terraces or front gardens.
The landscaping is key in this project. Semi-public gardens and recreational meadows will be created between the buildings, complementing a revitalised local pond with natural play features. Greenery is not merely an accessory to the development but forms an essential part of the overall concept of the site.
