Our Projects

A new neighbourhood with over 4,000 apartments, parks and a new central square is to be built on the site of the former Žižkov freight station.

The largest urban development in central Prague since the founding of the Vinohrady district is transforming former railway land into a new neighbourhood for more than 12,000 people.

A new Prague neighbourhood for 9,000 people is being built on almost 21 hectares of the Rohan Island, where parks and public spaces will occupy almost half of the area.

The residential development project in Jinonice will offer approximately 180 premium apartments in the immediate vicinity of the Prokopské and Dalejské valleys.

The residential project comprises approximately 520 apartments, builds on the traditional built environment of Čakovice and combines modern living with green spaces and a full range of local amenities.
