Ústí nad Labem is a regional centre in northern Czechia, strategically located on the Prague–Dresden–Berlin corridor. The city is undergoing a major transformation focused on new housing, modern infrastructure, sustainable energy and regeneration of development areas. We offer investors strong transport connections and significant opportunities for future growth.
Ústí nad Labem comes to EXPO REAL as a city undergoing significant transformation, with the ambition to open up new opportunities for private investment. Its strategic location on the Prague–Dresden–Berlin corridor, direct access to the D8 motorway and the planned high-speed rail connection strengthen the city’s role as an important hub between Czechia and Germany.
At EXPO REAL, we aim to showcase the city’s development potential – from new housing and the regeneration of key urban areas to business and investment sites, modern energy solutions and infrastructure.
